From commissioners to the mayor. Started with Mayor Regalado and now Mayor Suarez. Everyone has wiped their ass with the fraud, corruption and the reality of what their city officials and representatives have participated in. Everything has been brought to their attention and no one has expressed concern or given a crap. Seems the current mayor is more concerned with being a social media star than what really goes on in his city. All of my communication is documented and will be made available for all to see. It shows my efforts and the lack of interest from city officials to do anything about the fraudulent acts the many individual and agency representatives have participated in. Starting with the Miami Downtown Development Authority and continuing with the many government agencies below, I will provide an outline of them all and expose those involved.
City of Miami Building Department
When I first brought up my concerns to the building inspector, Maurice Pons, he said the building owner was his friend, they had BBQs together and he would not look into any complaints on my behalf. His brother Mario worked for the building owner. Talk about a conflict of interest, right? Scary thought is Maurice is now in an upper position in the building department. How many other times could this have happened? Especially with the many discovered UNSAFE STRUCTURES because of the Surfside building collapse. Anyhow, I went above him to get the building inspected. There were others in the department that were concerned and did do their jobs. There were many previous complaints and violations with the building located at 139 NE 1st Street, Miami, FL 33132. This building NEVER HAD a 40 YEAR CERTIFICATION, had a substantail amount of life safety issues, building code violations and negligent maintenance yet the City of Miami allowed this UNSAFE STRUCTURE to open and put thousands of lives at risk every day. A substantial amount of pictures and videos will be posted in this section. They will show the many discovered deteriorated conditions of this building that again, the City of Miami allowed to be open; violating their own building and life safety codes and endangering the lives of so many.
City of Miami Fire Department
139 NE 1st Street, Miami, FL 33132. The City of Miami Building Department posted a ton of violations to this building after I reported life safety issues and requested an inspection. They found a substantial amount of violations. The building DID NOT have a 40 YEAR CERTIFICATION. Although the building was already an UNSAFE STRUCTURE due to not having a 40 year certification, it was posted an UNSAFE STRUCTURE on 9/27/12 by Lt. Frank Spira of The City of Miami Fire department. The day this happened, there was a gas leak in the building. I believe Jesus Suarez tried to blow up the building because we were in litigation and he knew he would not be looking to good with all the building code violations and UNSAFE STRUCTURE violation posted to the building right in front of the court appointed magistrate. Lt. Frank Spira and Jesus Vidal Suarez (the building owner) were laughing and giggling like little kids in front of the building this day. They were probably planning their next BBQ gathering with Maurice Pons. Get this; Lt Frank Spira directed the UNSAFE STRUCTURE warning, violations, and postings not to the building owner (his friend Jesus Vidal Suarez) but to my business and to me personally. I was just a tenant. Building deficiencies are the responsibility of the building owner. How the hell does he even know who I or the tenant is? It's obvious Frank Spira was trying to help his friend by writing the UNSAFE STRUCTURE violation in a way to deflect it from Jesus Vidal Suarez. Stay tuned to see how the City of Miami knowingly participated in this fraud and continuously put hundreds if not thousands of lives at risk every day.
City of Miami Police Department
When Jesus Vidal Suarez illegally changed the locks to my leased space in the building at 139 NE 1st Street, he essentially created an illegal eviction by refusing us entry to our leased space. In doing this, Jesus stole all our property. The City of Miami Police Department refused to take a report from me for the stolen property. Was it to keep their stats down? Was it to help their friend? I don't know but they did nothing! The Outline of Events will have all my e-mail communication with everyone in the City of Miami Police Department who I was in contact with. From the Commander, Major, Chief of Police, his assistant and the patrol officers I had become friends with in the neighborhood. There were a few officers who did care about doing the right thing and even let me know when Jesus Vidal Suarez was shut down by authorities for illegally running a nightclub in the building without proper licensing or permits. Then another time he was shut down due to unsafe building conditions and a faulty fire alarm panel in the building. Then another time for illegal construction without permits. These, to just name a few. All this, after the building was posted an UNSAFE STRUCTURE by the City of Miami. What did the building owner, Jesus Vidal Suarez do about it? He removed the posted UNSAFE STRUCTURE sign and wiped his balls with the law. Good to have corrupt friends. The email communication with the City of Miami Police is going to blow you away.
11th Judicial Circuit Court
“WE WHO LABOR HERE SEEK ONLY TRUTH” is by far the biggest bullshit one could hear from our court system. In my opinion, Judge Spencer Eig had already decided the outcome before hearing testimony. This judge added several comments and his opinion and I'm glad he did. Now I get the pleasure of posting them from the hearing transcripts for all to read and be dumbfounded. They are so incredibly biased with no respect for law or the integrity of our judicial system. I'm going to throw in my opinion as well. You see, there is no way a judge could be so unbelievably biased and disrespectful to his oath and our judicial system. I believe that to be a judge you must be educated and have common sense. I also believe that judges have friends and do favors. Since one of the attorneys I was deposed by was now a judge, as is his mom, I think favors went a long way here. I did not have a fair and unbiased trial. I'll explain in more detail as I expand this section with events and who was involved. See what a disgrace some judges can be to their position on the bench and to those of us who do seek truth and justice. By the way, Judge Spencer Eig is not the only one that will be disclosed in this section. There are others potentially involved.
3rd District Court of Appeals
To think the 3rd District Court of Appeals would properly review evidence in a case is ridiculous. From what I've gathered talking to people in the field of law; these judges don't like to go against a fellow judge/friend's ruling and they just decline an appeal by writing PER CURIAM. No explanation. No review. Nothing. Another part of our Judicial system that needs a good cleaning by exposure to the public. Well, they're going to be exposed.

This is what should be proudly displayed in their courtrooms. This should make it easier for the scammers/crooks to identify which judges actually do seek the truth and who don't really give a crap. These three judges seem to fall in the same category as Judge Spencer Eig. They are:

Attorneys
The amount of bullshit and time wasted by attorneys and the courts by extending and prolonging matters is part of what’s wrong with our system. Another part is the substantial amount of lies and bullshit created by these same attorneys without any repercussion for the misleading, incorrect and false statements made both on paper and in the courtroom. Attorneys themselves are committing fraud on our judicial system and the courts allow it. This section will have a compiled list of attorneys involved in this fraud which represented Jesus Vidal Suarez (below) and their knowing and willful wrongdoings and blatant lies to the court. There are quite a few attorneys involved and I will breakdown their particular role in this scheme, how they aided Jesus Vidal Suarez and what I believe to be misconduct, corruption and fraud on the judicial system and the American people.

I just wanted to get this site up and launched. So, this is the guy behind a multi-million dollar scam perpetrated with the help of The City of Miami Government, the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, 3rd DCA and some slick, bullshitting attorneys. Jesus Vidal Suarez or as he regularly goes by Jay Suarez. He's a Miami based General Contractor (FL Lic # CGC1506919), Real Estate Broker (FL Lic # BK567078), Roofing Contractor (FL Lic # CCC1331687) and business owner with several properties having multiple building code violations. There is a list of unlawful activities I will point out that runs from fraud, illegal eviction, theft of property, perjury, selling stolen liquor, running an illegal nightclub, selling stolen merchandise and putting people's lives at risk in a documented UNSAFE STRUCTURE by the City of Miami Government, to what I believe to be an intentional gas leak at one of his buildings to blow it up. The story is complex, the outline will be very easy to read and understand. A kindergarten student could easily identify the wrong doings or scam. Yet, our 11th Judicial Circuit Court and 3rd DCA not only praised the guy for all his illegal actions, they rewarded him. Is it stupidity on the part of the judges or corruption?
